1 Shot Gear: Returns & Exchanges

We recommend all customers apply for Redo coverage prior to checking out for the best return or exchange experience. This coverage helps reduce additional shipping or return fees during the process. If you did not purchase Redo at checkout our same Link will work to help purchase your label and set up your RMA.

The Basics

  • Timeline: Any return or exchange must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

  • International Orders: We do not accept any returns or exchanges for international orders. All international sales are final.

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): We will not accept any items for return or exchange without an approved RMA prior to receiving the items back.

  • Fees: Customers who did not apply Redo prior to checking out are responsible for the return label and an additional $15 return fee.

  • Final Sale Items: Select discontinued items and Optics are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

 

Inspection & Compliance

All returns are subject to a thorough inspection before a refund is issued. If an item is returned and does not meet our return criteria (e.g. missing tags, damaged packaging, signs of wear), 1 Shot Gear reserves the right to:

  1. Ship the item back to the customer at the customer's expense, OR

  2. Deduct an additional 25% restocking fee from the total refund amount.

Category Specific Requirements

Clothing & Footwear

Must be in resalable condition (unwashed/unlaundered, undamaged, all original tags attached). Footwear must be in the original box. Do not affix return labels directly to the footwear box.

Optics

Final Sale. All sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Hygiene Items

Due to hygienic reasons, certain base layers, undergarments, perishables, and mouth calls are not eligible for return.
