Join us every Wednesday morning at 7:00 AM starting May 15th for a refreshing 3-mile ruck at the Rooney Road Trailhead. Hosted by 1 Shot Gear, this event is open to all members of the local community at no cost. Who

The 1 Shot Gear Rooney Road Trailhead 3 Mile Ruck welcomes both 1 Shot Gear staff and members of the local community. It's an inclusive event where individuals of all skill levels and backgrounds can come together to enjoy the outdoors and push themselves physically while having accountability.

What

This weekly ruck covers a distance of 3 miles over steep terrain, providing participants with a challenging yet rewarding workout. Additionally, participants have the option to test Stone Glacier packs, including the X Curve and Krux frames, during the ruck. Packs of varying weights, ranging from 20 to 50 lbs, are available for those who wish to simulate real-life hiking conditions.

The ruck takes place at the scenic Rooney Road Trailhead, offering breathtaking views and diverse terrain. Located in William Frederick Hayden Park, this trailhead provides the perfect setting for outdoor enthusiasts to explore and train. Address: Parking lot, CO-470, Morrison, CO 80465
